We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time if we believe our terms are being violated.

SECTION 2 – EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

. Results are not guaranteed, and outcomes will vary depending on your effort, product, audience, and ability to apply what’s taught.

We do not promise specific earnings, ad approvals, or performance. Your ad account remains your responsibility.

SECTION 3 – ACCOUNT & PAYMENT ACCURACY

You agree to provide accurate contact and payment details when registering. Any false or misleading info may result in termination of access.

All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Gumroad, GCash, BPI). We do not store credit card information on our servers.

SECTION 4 – REFUNDS

This workshop includes a

. If you attend the full live workshop and feel it wasn’t valuable, you may request a refund within 7 days. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

SECTION 5 – MATERIAL USAGE

All workshop materials, templates, videos, and resources are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or replication is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Violations may result in legal action or permanent ban from future offers.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use tools and platforms like Gumroad, Google Forms, Zoom, and Meta Ads for operations. We are not responsible for service issues that arise from third-party providers. Please read their respective policies when applicable.

SECTION 7 – MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update workshop content, pricing, bonuses, or platform terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our official pages.

SECTION 8 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the workshop if we find that you violated any part of these terms, including misuse of materials or abusive behavior toward the facilitator or other members.

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
